There's a lot of discussion and speculation regarding the future of Bitcoin, especially in relation to it's growth into the mainstream. Paris Hilton's name has been mentioned and I have just read a post about Floyd Mayweather Tweeting his endorsement of it. Whatever the otcome, there is a lot of positivity around cryptocurrency and it's mainstream use in the future.
Now, there is bound to be much speculation. There will be many projections. There will be lots of high and scary lows, but Bitcoin will continue to grow, in a simmering-like style, until that very special day. The day that the 100th monkey endorses Bitcoin.

I think that there is a subtle vibration of a certain knowledge, that cryptocurrency will one day be used by the 100th monkey and the rest, as they say, will be history. I think that the second work in the attachment, 'The 100th monkey revisited', by Elaine Myers, sums it up rather succinctly in the last paragraph, which I will leave you with:
".........holding positive ideas (as important a step as this is) is not sufficient by itself to change the world. We still need direct communication between individuals, we need to translate our ideas into action, and we need to recognize the freedom of choice of those who choose alternatives different from our own."
