This makes me happy!
Last week I received a message from Facebook by the youngest candidate I ever have adopted for bus driver in training.
When he came to me in 2016, I doubted because he looked very young for a bus driver but he was very seriously and he knew exactly what he wanted to be (a bus driver!), he finally convinced me.
He got his bus driving license very quickly and started working as a bus driver at Connexxion.
(Connexxion is the largest passenger transport company in the Netherlands).
December 30, 2016 he passed his bus driver's license
 he contacts me on Facebook.
He is so happy that I gave him that opportunity last year. He is doing very well as a busdriver and Connexxion is also pleased with him.
In July 2018 he even gets a contract for an indefinite period.
Amazing, right?
That's why I like this work so much.
December 2017 he has already driven 1566 bus rides and a lot of miles.
