No, my comments aren't directed at you. That's why what I wrote to you in MM differs. The comments are for the person who manages the account and put up the proposal, which I'm assuming is managed by someone at the firm. Although to the first point, you are the one who said so on video. "... I believe we lack of marketing", that's your first sentence. But that's not the main point of this.
The bottom line is that managing this effort is not something that will realistically be done just by yourself and it will be extremely time-consuming, it will be difficult, and it will replicate many of the ongoing efforts. It's a very costly proposal that is also quite similar to the previous proposal we had, where we first had our experience with working with a marketing agency like this. It was not an experience that was good by any means. It was educational, but it was extremely daunting.
I'm not personally attached to @valueplan but it should be used. The point of decentralization isn't everyone going their own way and doing whatever but everyone contributing in their own way but through collaboration. Waste must be reduced where possible because even if we're a non-company we still don't have unlimited resources. Our funds and manpower are not infinite. This venture is not just you guiding a marketing team.
Anyways, what should have happened here is we all should have set time aside and talked about this prior to this proposal to eliminate redundancies and find proper synergies. Right now as this proposal stands I can't support it.
