We get a lot of tags so they're easy to miss. If it's a serious matter like that it needs to be an inquiry on chat or a direct message. I wouldn't have been able to reply with instructions on the chain regardless as the harasser would've had a heads up.

Hivewatchers can't get into legal/illegal matters because we're not able to judge what's illegal. What's illegal in one area is legal in another and vice versa. It's beyond the capabilities of any content platform and that's how the likes of Twitter and Facebook are getting in trouble because they're just picking and choosing what laws they're enforcing. In some countries porn is illegal, in others talking shit about the government is illegal, promoting eating some food is illegal, the list goes on. We just have to understand cultures (which we do now from the years of experience), we see where people are coming from, and we try to make sure they know to present original content and not exploit with fifty different accounts all posting the same thing.
