The above fails to take one key fact into consideration: VP is not a budget where people present projects and get bulk sums of money. That's the DHF itself. VP is a budget where Hive community members

It will stop once it fills the budget of 250k HBD. It will also not spend all the money at once. VP pays its bills as they come up and all bulk sums (large conference sponsorships) have been removed for

Man I don't even know what to say but here it goes, It's NOT true that VP pays anyone anything per hour to bring new people to Hive. It can't pay people for anything except some graphics and coding. It
