The team that'll be going to man the booth still needs volunteers. Right now we just have the two speakers. Logistics for the volunteers are covered by the budget. Meetups as under the definition of a Meetup don't have funding attached to them but there's no reason one can't be held at the same time while everyone is in one spot.
