I'm not sure if there is any 'traditional' connection with Easter and lamb, but that doesn't stop the Australian lamb industry trying to make one. There seem to be a lot of ads on TV at the moment for it and because my wife and daughter are borderline vegetarians they won't eat lamb. This means that my son and I just look at the ads and drool thinking about succulent bbq lamb chops or lamb roast with mint sauce. Having said that I've been dieting for a while now and I can start salivating during ads for automotive oil.
I was trying to think of a straturday song and so I looked through my really long 'Solos I'd like to learn' playlist in YouTube and saw Stevie Ray's Mary had a little lamb. I had worked it out a couple of decades ago so I dusted it off and here it is all polished up, just with a few dings in it.
