My buddy has a 1970 Chevy Nova that has been in his family for years. A few years ago he gave it a nice paint job and it actually looks pretty good IMO. Well He has decided to do some upgrading to make it a little fun. One of hisotherfrieds is building the engine and I'm helping him get the suspension work done. Thought I would share some of the progress with you all.
Here is the old front drum brakes setup and removing it.
The new upper and lower control arms installed

So this is the progress so far, still need a little bit left to go and then we will start on the new master cylinder and brake booster install. I have to say though the most exciting thing about this is going to be the new engine, I don't want to give it away yet so stay tuned
