You know those times when you want to say something profound but you realize it's ... already been said better by one of your favorite fictional characters??? No?
Maybe that's just me, but I was about to say how this past week was such a hard one for me. Even still though, it's been such an awesome Summer so far and that just goes to show you that even the best times can have hard spots to get through and you just have to focus on the good. Of course, this is where I realized that Dumbledore already said this same thing in a better way. “Happiness can be found in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.” I guess it's sort of reverse but you get what I mean.
Haha, I'm clearly short a few cups of coffee this morning but anyway, I'm excited to start out on a fresh week and hope for the brightest of days. Also in recent news, I'm going to be taking on some baking responsibilities at the restaurant I've been working at these past few months. I'm so excited because I'm hopefully going to have some room for creativity in what desserts I choose to make so that'll be so much fun. I'd love suggestions if you guys have any.
