Totally agree, when I was a corporate slave, they were forever telling me to stop calling them the "personnel dept." Telling them I am a freeman not a resource. luckily my Boss was a senior director who always supported my quirky nature ( I kept him out of the shit) "carry on ploughing your own furrow" he would say.
