The bridge was constructed during the 18th century during the Ottoman rule of Albania.

Thankfully it was only a short hop skip and a jump from the car park, I had done a lot of walking today!!!

Along well worn natural trails we walked, a popular traveller destination, was strangely bereft of people, there were a few falloloping about in a couple of the thermal pools nearby, and fishermen doing what fishermen do.

Standing over 24ft high at the keystone and spanning the Lengaricë River 90 ft in length, a mighty impressive structure.

As the sulphurous thermal pool spills out of the hot spring, my thoughts turned to skinny dipping as I was bereft of budgie smugglers. Alas our leader said it would be frowned upon.

Some people are just so boring.
