Black clover
Anime, I made a small review on few weeks ago, finally moved forward. Im so glad I decided to keep watching for few more episodes!!
The review
I know, I know.. alot of you people who watch anime for a while now see the resemblance. Totally agree with you, this anime is like.. like if Rock Lee from Naruto had a baby with Natsu from Fairy Tail, and that baby would be young Meliodas from Nanatsu no Taizai whos mentor would be Luffy. It's a crazy mix of every good shonen there is, but think about it, that is the very reason why i kept watching after that horrible pilot. Even though you could find every shonen cliche there is, I loved all the shows stated above and they are mostly gone. Graphics are getting outdated and we have no real rival for next generations.
Why watch it
What we saw in last two episodes proven to me, that this anime is the real deal. Shows can have nice graphics, great music or amazing writing, but that is never enough for me. You can get that in any movie or a good show. What i was looking for, was the bone chilling moment where you just drop your glass and start searching for manga. Those moments are the ones that keep forcing you to look for new anime.. you cant get that anywhere else. Let me remind you of few smaller ones to avoid big spoilers.
- Naruto beating the shit out of the scroll thief in first episode
- Luffy standing up for Nami
- Rock Lee taking off weights
- Natsu.. pretty much every time violin starts playing
- Ichigo discovering his resolve
- And finally - Asta - the magic knights exam
