After a short walk on the treadmill to help loosen up my sore knee, I accompanied my wife on a shopping trip. We visited the grocery store and picked up the ingredients for the next few days of meals. Next we stopped off at Walmart to stock up on supplies such as soap and Kleenex. I am pleased to report that even after walking around those big buildings, my knees felt fine.
