I know it may seem a little early, but I want to make sure members, site owners, bloggers, and everyone who loves collecting badges knows that we are preparing our first Halloween Badge Hunt at Badges Are Fun!
The hunt will run throughout October and feature 31 different Halloween badges hidden across participating websites, blogs, and other online locations.
A new badge will become available every day beginning October 1.
Once a badge is activated, it will remain available through October 31. That means the October 1 badge will be available all month, the October 2 badge will become available the next day, and so on until all 31 badges have been released.
Each person who purchases a Halloween Hunt spot will:
Every participating owner must provide members with a reasonable way to earn the badge for free.
Owners may also offer a quicker option involving credits, banner impressions, text ads, start-page views, or another promotional activity—but the free method must always remain available.
The goal is to have fun, create curiosity, help members discover new places, and bring additional traffic to participating sites.
