I remember that when I was growing up. It was always something my parents and siblings looked forward to. They would eat it in the back yard and spit the seeds out on the lawn. Me? Not a big fan. I'll

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I've thought a lot about AI, too. I know it can be a good tool, but how much is too much? I think many have crossed the line.

So I guess I'll add the HBIT command here. Very interesting. !hbit

I'm glad it works for you, but it wouldn't for us. I remember when we had been married for 6 years and my husband got transferred 1,000 miles away! I stayed to sell the house. Two months later my husband

I don't remember my first day of school, either. I was four years old starting Kindergarten. My mother said that when she walked me to the front of the school, I walked in confidently without looking back.

I did not sell the flour, I used it. When you have four children at home, they go through a lot of bread. I would make 5-6 loaves at a time. Sometimes I'd make rolls or a special loaf (cinnamon or garlic)

While I've never made sourdough, I have experience in making bread. My children all say that I spoiled them as nothing will ever measure up. I milled my own wheat, so I knew the flour was good and fresh.

LOL, I wake early (don't know why) and would love to stay in bed, but the older I get the more difficult (painful) it is to stay in bed. I get hip aches and knee aches if I stay in bed too long. So, I

I see you create names for certain people, too. LOL. Your Mr. First Class reminds me of when my husband was travelling and a flight was cancelled and they had to get new flights. The person talking to

Beautiful snow pictures. While I think snow is beautiful, I don't think I care to see it in person ever again. I don't like the cold. Where there's snow, there's cold. LOL I grew up in the northern US,

Yes, my husband and I were there in early September. Still warm. We were able to drive to Toronto, too, and go to a few other places nearby. At the time, we lived in Ohio. Now we live in Texas, so it's

I remember going to Niagara Falls. We spent a couple of days on the American side, then a week on the Canadian side. You can't see much of anything on the American side. They all face Canada. However,

Happy Anniversary! We just celebrated our 45th on December 27.

I've been enjoying your Antarctica trip through video and picture. This is something I (and most everyone else) will never do. Me? I don't think I could stand the cold. Yes, I grew up where there were

"A few hours away" is rather close in Texas. It would take 11-12 hours to drive through Texas either way (east to west or north to south)

You can add me to Texas. I live in a rather small city, so I'm sure you didn't have that in your search. I live a few hours away from @epodcaster. She's how I found out about Hive.

I've been wearing glasses/contacts since my early 20s for far vision. Now that I'm older and can't wear my glasses for reading, and I couldn't see with contacts to read, I now take my glasses off for reading

Great idea @keithtaylor. I went and joined the community. I look forward to seeing new puzzles. It doesn't even have to be every day if there's a good puzzle that will take some time to figure out.

LOL, my son apprenticed with someone who did tiling. When it came time to tile our bathroom, though, my husband and son felt that paying them $150 was worth it since they had all the tools to make it go

Great to see you finally got your honeypots! I loved your post about your journey, too. I think you captured the spirit of Apis Hive!
