A little less than a week ago, I went mountain skiing in Tallinn, Nõmme. Well, you can't really call this a mountain but the name stays the same 😀. Really, this mountain is absolutely a boring one. Ski 15 seconds down and then come up a couple of minutes, this isn't fun, this is shit, let's be honest here 😀.
Still, if you are looking for jumps or a little stunt riding this can be enough and this is exactly why I went there, I wanted to smoothen my jumping skill. Never would I go there just for downhill skiing.
A couple of phone pictures on the location
Obviously, I did not use this tower lol. Also, it's closed to the public.
I used jumps like this instead. I have taken these screenshots from a video, that's why they are quite bad.
At this moment I knew I fucked up.
Managed to lose balance mid-jump and crash-landed. Not a hard fall but smooth sliding on my back.
Estonia has other, much better snow parks in the Eastern part and central part of the country but with some buddies, we decided to travel to Sweden, Åre mountain ski resort for 5 days. There is a proper over 1000m mountain and this is what I want. We are leaving tomorrow, early morning.
I will bring a GoPro and body strap for the camera to get some nice footage. I am also bringing my DSLR camera equipment but I will not bring it up the mountain while skiing for obvious reasons. Hoping to just get some nice shots around the village where we are living.
Let's hope for an awesome trip to come!
Will probably update you on some day while im there
