Ephesians 5:17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.
The will of God is the most important factor in any life situation. Ignoring or not seeking the Master's will is the most foolish decision one can take over a matter. Thus, aligning with God's will is the wisest thing to do in the midst of a confusing world system. Life is full of options, out of which only the will of God shall stand.
We must have understanding of what the will of God is. This understanding comes from knowing what His word says over that situation. Any option that's against what God's word says is not the will of God. It's this understanding, fueled by the scripture, that will deliver us from impending doom.
Conclusively, he that understand and do God's will is wise. God warns us against taking unwise decisions. Most times, taking some decisions or not taking some looks foolish before the eyes of this sinful world, but if our actions are based on what God says, then we are of all men most wise. Live wisely today, live by the understand of His will.
Let's pray together.
Dear Father of wisdom, thank you for giving us your wisdom and understanding through your word. Today we choose your will over all other options, please give us the grace to stand firm till the end, in Jesus name. Amen.
