A very interesting write up. Mr. O seems like a very understanding person, as he did not lash out at you for making such a mistake. The fact is that we're all humans, and no matter how hard you try, every once in a while, you make a mistake or two. You can't endlessly beat yourself over it. You just have to learn the lesson from each mistake you make, so as not to repeat that particular mistake. Nice publication!
