I have been following a guy for years. He's figured out how to predict earthquakes. He can give approximate areas and approximate time, usually within days or hours. He's been spot on with some misses, but not many. He will totally own up to when it's a miss. He has in fact, saved the lives of many people that watched him.
Newscasters and meteorologists just call him a conspiracy theorist and say he's bunk and not to watch him. However, the proof is in the pudding, he puts up everything and doesn't hide.
I don't care what his beliefs are, he's very good at seeing what the Earth is doing and the uptick of earthquake activity that has been happening each year.
He calls himself Dutchsinse and he has a youtube channel and blog. So here's one of his videos.
