Others may see you as a threat to their authority. Perhaps they feel your ideas would undermine their plans, so they reject them. Don't give up. Fight for your right to be heard and respected. Because no great thing was ever created without much resistance. No great invention was ever done without failures. You need to believe in your dreams, you need to believe in your abilities to make things work and bet to get it work for you :)
