I only downvote those whose posts have a serious harmful effect on the community. There should not be any downvote trails unless the person targeted is a bad person, because downvoting here is more serious than other platforms, so it should be handled by a human being in almost all cases. Usually I just scroll away when I see something I'm not interested in.
