This is a beautiful story. Well set and well told. It's something of an "Origin Story" explaining some human characteristics, different skin, hair and eye colors, intelligence and the development of science from the perspective of a mythical ancient coexistence with aliens.

I really liked, in general, your story, @emeka002. I must also say that I honestly disagree with the moral.

We can't belittle ourselves, let alone send a message like that to children.
The beautiful and dear children listening to the story should hear that although we humans make mistakes at some point, we are a race that has done immense wonders that we have a wonderful world, despite the mistakes and ambitions of some.
Forgive my long exposition of my opinion. (I must defend my human condition).
