someone who tries to do something for his or her progress in steemit, and he does not really know about a rule, if it can not be done by that person, supposedly a high-ranking person does a good thing, at least advises the person, it should not be like this, do oppression to the small people who want to rise
look what happened to my steemit, my previous level is (37) and now down to (15)
