The Witcher III Wild Hunt Remastered
This update, which has been available since September 29 of this year, is undoubtedly a good excuse to replay The Witcher III, although it’s given me a hard time—I’m having some issues with the graphics that I can’t seem to fix, and some strange shadows and glitches pop up in certain scenes of the game.
A long time ago, I had the chance to play this game for the first time, and I must confess that I didn’t finish it because it’s so extensive and the gameplay wasn’t entirely to my liking at the time.
Now that I’m playing for different reasons—more for exploration and as a way to take a stroll through the universe this amazing game offers—I’ve really enjoyed it, and I’m appreciating the visual leap in both cutscenes and in-game graphics. The gameplay is, as always, incredibly intuitive; I’ve tried it with a controller, which is my preference, as well as with a keyboard and mouse.
With my current setup, I haven’t been able to run it at maximum settings—rather, at minimum settings—but that’s been enough to notice some welcome improvements, especially since this remaster and update were free—that’s great.
Esta actualización que tenemos disponible desde el 29 de septiembre de este año es sin duda un buen pretexto para re-jugar The Witcher III aunque a mi me ha jugado una mala volada pues tengo algunos detalles con los gráficos que no logro afinar y algunas sombras y cuadros raros se asoman en algunas escenas del juego.
Hace mucho tiempo tuve oportunidad de jugar por primera vez este juego y debo confesar que no lo terminé porque es muy extenso y el modo de juego, no fue de mi completo agrado en ese momento.
Ahora que juego con fines diferentes, mas de exploración y como dando paseos en el universo que nos ofrece este juegazo, me ha gustado mucho y se disfruta el salto visual en cinemáticas e in-game, su gameplay es como siempre de lo mas intuitivo, lo he probado con control que es mi preferido y también con teclado y ratón.
Con el set-up que cuento no lo he podido llevar a desplegar sus máximos, mas bien en mínimos, pero con eso ha sido suficiente para notar mejoras que se agradecen, sobre todo porque esta remasterización y actualización ha sido gratuita, eso es genial.
Mejoras/Upgrades
As I mentioned, there are several graphical improvements that stand out right from the start, but even riding our horse, Sardina, feels more responsive. This free update for those of us who already owned the game includes two DLCs (“Hearts of Stone” and “Blood and Wine”), as well as the upcoming expansion, “Songs of the Past.”
It features improvements to the skill tree as well as enhanced cutscenes and animations, which really elevate the visual experience.
I haven’t gotten past the first village yet—I’ve been admiring the scenery and chatting with all the villagers. The game is undoubtedly very entertaining; I truly recommend it.
You can find this update on consoles and PC. As I’ve been saying since last September, if you’re a fan of the series, you’re sure to enjoy it a lot.
Como menciono hay varios aspectos gráficos que se notan desde un principio pero además incluso la conducción del nuestro caballo Sardina, se siente mas responsivo de igual forma esta actualización gratuita para los que ya poseíamos el juego incluye 2 DLCs (Hearts of Stone y Blood and Wine) así como de igual forma la próxima expansión Songs of the Past.
Tiene mejoras en el árbol de habilidades así como en cinemáticas o animaciones mejoradas resaltando mucho el aspecto visual.
No he pasado del primer poblado admirando el paisaje y platicando con todos los aldeanos, el juego es sin duda muy entretenido, de verdad lo recomiendo.
Esta actualización la puedes encontrar en consolas y en PC, como dije desde el pasado septiembre, si eres fan de la saga seguro lo disfrutarás mucho.
