So.. in the process of learning as much about this ico as possible, I have uncovered a question that is both very simple, and yet was semmingly un-answerable. The fact that is was so , is kind of unsettling. ICO's by nature are fairly secretive, and the speculation is usually significant. So Here is my take on it:
