Today I’d like to share some photos of the Aquilino Juárez Sports Complex in Cabudare, which serves as the city’s main sports center where future athletes are trained.
It is a spacious building located on 11th Street in Cabudare, which provides a great community service to its residents through the practice and teaching of sports: track and field, judo, karate, basketball, volleyball, indoor soccer, swimming, and others.
It is a center with free admission for community members who want to learn and practice any of these sports. Athletes who go on to represent Lara State in national and international tournaments come from there.
The facilities look very comfortable and well-suited for each of the sports taught there. It features a comfortable track for teaching various track and field events, such as sprinting, long-distance running, and field events. In the center of the track is the soccer field, where students also play rugby and participate in cultural activities.
It serves not only as a sports center but is also used for cultural events, fairs, walks, training sessions, dance therapy, exhibitions, and interscholastic sports exchanges.
Its structure has been remodeled several times and now boasts a fresh, new look that is appealing to both locals and visitors who come to its facilities.
For the city of Cabudare, this sports center represents a major step forward in preparing young people to participate in sports and as a cultural hub for the municipality’s festive activities.

Hoy les quiero compartir imágenes del polideportivo Aquilino Juárez de Cabudare, que constituye el principal centro deportivo de la ciudad donde se forman los atletas del futuro.
Es una amplia edificación ubicada en la calle 11 de Cabudare, que presta un gran servicio comunitario a sus pobladores mediante la práctica y enseñanza del deporte: atletismo, judo, karate, baloncesto, voleibol, fútbol sala, natación, entre otros.
Es un centro de libre entrada para los miembros de la comunidad que quieran aprender y practicar alguno de estos deportes. De allí salen atletas que representan al estado Lara en torneos nacionales e internacionales.
Las instalaciones se ven muy cómodas y adecuadas para cada una de las disciplinas que allí se imparten. Cuenta con una confortable pista de atletismo, para la enseñanza de las diferentes actividades del atletismo, como pruebas de velocidad, fondo y pruebas de campo. En el centro de la pista se ubica la cancha de futbol, donde también practican rugbi y actividades culturales.
No solo funciona como un centro deportivo, también se usa en eventos culturales, ferias, caminatas, entrenamientos, bailo terapias, exposiciones e intercambios deportivos intercolegiales.
Su estructura ha sido remodelada en varias oportunidades y en la actualidad muestra una cara renovada y fresca que resulta agradable para los propios y visitantes que se acercan a sus instalaciones.
Este centro deportivo representa para la ciudad de Cabudare un gran avance en cuanto a la preparación de los jóvenes para la práctica del deporte y como centro de cultura para las actividades festivas del municipio.
