There is a great little freecamp at the north end of this great little former gold mining town called Walhalla. As is was nearly winter, there was only one other caravan on the site, so it was nice and peaceful. Nestled in a steep walled valley, Walhalla was a little English like oasis set in the middle of more Australian style bush. We were really looking forward to exploring this little village and discovering all of what it has to show us.
