Deep in the Baw Baw State Forest in Victorias Alpine region is the Aberfeldy River which we found was a terrific location to camp for the night. It provided a peaceful and serene location to spend the night. Even though at this time of year it was but a trickle, lying in bed and listening to the water ripple over the rocks was very relaxing.
