Today I arrived in Luang Prabang, Laos. The flight itself wasn't great, I had booked AirAsia and they bring low-cost flying to another level.
But as soon as we started our descent to Luang Prabang, we were offered beautiful views of the area.
The first few photos were taken through the airplane window so quality might be a bit low. I also reduced the size to reserve bandwidth.
But you can see the green hills and the Mekong river running through them.
After checking it at our local AirBnB, it was time to find a place to eat. I had been fasting for 25 hours so started to get hungry. What better place to eat than to find a place next to the river and enjoy the stunning views!
The sun starts to set around 5 pm and the sun rays go from gold to orange, reflecting on the mountain hills and the river.
