She's Nezuko Kamado, a character from the manga and anime called Demon Slayer/Kimetsu no Yaiba, a series which it's popularity soars recently. It's your typical shounen manga but the setting is interesting. The reason why it's popular now is because of the wonderful work from studio Ufotable adapting the manga to the anime, with it's top quality animation production.
