Steps:
Put a strong glass in the freezer. The pleasure of eating afogato increases when the ice cream and its dish are in the coldest possible condition.
Take two scoops out of the ice cream that you just took out of the freezer and put it in a glass.
Fill an espresso double shot and pour directly onto the ice cream. For guests, you can serve the espresso separately in the espresso shot and ice cream in an ice cream dish so that they can pour the espresso on the ice cream themselves.
