Hello everyone I hope you all are going well and also have freedom to speech for your rights. Yes I am talking about the rights of giving your thoughts ideas ,you have freedom to talk about your rights.
It is very alarming situation going in the society that people's are even beaten if they ask about thier freedom of speech and rights, so That is why I decided to write about freedom of speech.
Freedom of speech is the fundamental and basic human right expressed in Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Freedom of speech means the right of a person or a community to speak without fear and to express their opinion about any issues.
Every individual person in any society have the right to speak and express his views about any thing. When we talk about human rights and equality it would not have been achieved without freedom of speech. Freedom of speech can actually be referred to as an effective kind of core value which is really present in the process of democracy..
It ensures people are able to discuss, exchange, and debate about ideas and informations.
The freedom if speech is the human right which enable the ability of people to be to look for information which is vital and allowed to share the information with other people without any form of reprisals or any form of censorship...
Although freedom of speech is a basic human right but it does not support any hate speech or any kind of violence. So one should be careful before speaking speak true speak right and speak what is beneficial for you and other peoples.
As a result of freedom of speech nobody should fear being reprimanded, punished, or expurgated by society. Freedom of speech means that you can say what you want to say without any fear as long as it is not false and causes chaos.
When there is no freedom of speech a country will become a police and military state with no democratic and humanitarian values in it...
So, according to my opinion to Set a healthy democratic environment in any country the people of that country must have the right of freedom of speech. But keep it in mind that Although freedom of speech helps the society to grow and move forward it could have various negative outcomes. It should not be used to disrespect or instigate other human beings.
Hate speech in the United States cannot be directly regulated due to the fundamental right to freedom of speech protected by the Constitution.
The media should also not misuse it. The human beings must act responsibly towards utilizing our right of freedom of speech. Actually Freedom of speech is the right to express one's opinions and ideas without being stopped or punished and without any fear .
People may hesitate to speak not because of government fear but also because of social pressure . When an individual express or show his ideas he may face disdain of their community.
Any successfull society don't have any restrictions in freedom of speech .
So from the above explanation and discussion it is clear that freedom of speech is the basic and most important right of any person.
The society in which a person lived must have to give this right to that person. Otherwise no society will become a successful and healthy society. The people should also be careful while using their right of freedom of speech.
They must not speak hate Contents or speak against other humans without any reason. While speaking think carefully and don't disrespect others. Be careful while speaking about others personal life religion etc. Don't discourage and disrespect others by your words .
We must need to educate all humans and to guide them what to speak and what to avoide. By acting upon these measures any society will surely become a happy and successful society and everyone can work in a peaceful environment for the betterment of others.
