I am not highly trained. I am barely trained, but I can put on a tie and some nice looking slacks and look the part.
This is the number one reason why people get and stay hired. There once was a guy that had a PhD (or so he claimed) was extremely intelligent and had worked for the UN. But he didn't look the part that they were looking for... the aesthetics I mean, and nobody would hire him despite the fact that he had an extremely impressive resume.
