IT doesn't happen at all in Vietnam. Instead, overpopulation has resulted in the sidewalks being unusable for pedestrians because the entire thing has been turned into a motorbike parking lot. Often it doesn't make sense the amount of motos that are there. It will be like a small cafe with 3 or 4 customers inside and 2 staff but there are 20 motorbikes outside. What gives?
