the weight jumping up and down is a frustrating aspect of getting older. I wan't to find balance in my life. I don't want to have such a strict diet but I also want to be somewhat healthy.

I haven't driven a car, any car, in nearly 8 years. When i was in Mexico visiting family they wanted me to drive one of them but I declined. I am too out of practice.
