From my the day I got "arrested" at the government hospital until now, about 2 months out, I shred away like 5 kilogrammes. Not a lot, but it's like a couple of hundreds of grams every week. I think this should be the formula to go. In the past, I did tried extreme diet that will take away a kilo a day, but it bounces back immediately as soon as I stayed off the diet. So, I choose to gradually moving away from heavy fried stuff.

I was the hardest decision to buy a new car, let alone two new cars 😂 I am working in the general insurance industries, seeing car value depreciations and commit to become part of that statistics is probably the greatest slap on my face in this life time(and next life, as I bought the 2nd new car immediately). Gas price is rocketing. The old Suzuki is giving more problem than - travel distance. The used car short of supply due to people holding on their dearly life with their old cars(just like my old Suzuki and the old Proton). I'm just glad that the bank allow me to take up the loan for two cars, so for now at least I have 5 years ahead to use these vehicle with a peace in my mind.
