Some days I just am in a slump. I can never really put my finger on why it is either. Mostly, my life is pretty good so it doesn't make sense to me when it happens. For me a long walk on the beach where I talk to myself to figure out what the deal is works for the most part. I do have to frequently pause when I see incoming people because a person walking and talking to no one can be a bit off putting.
