Herein lies a bit of a problem about Vietnam. The human medical care here is quite poor. Going to a hospital with a vague statement like "I feel dizzy when I stand up sometimes" is going to result in you wasting your time and the doctors giving you a bunch of pills that don't actually do anything.

I think I will go for an overall health screening soon just to cover all my bases though.

The upside of the poor medical care is that it is remarkably inexpensive though.
