a couple of friends of mine travel back to Scandinavian countries from Vietnam every year for festival season. They are able to approach and hang out with the bands backstage with no issue. These people

on occasion I will pop in there to see if people are still bitching about politics thinking that anyone actually cares what their opinion is and sure enough, that does still seem to be the primary delusion

I should probably be more stern and upfront with people that are visiting me because I end up getting grouchy when we are hanging out because I no longer want to hang out. I don't even know why I do it,

My friends over here have sort of stopped inviting me to sessions and I can't say that I am disappointed about that. When I do turn up and have a diet coke instead of 12 beers they are surprised and some

I was curious of if it was a real thing. These days I only get news over here that is skewed a bit to involve trump as much as possible and at that point I kind of just ignore whatever they are saying.

oh so this smoke thing that I have seen a bit about in the news is a regular occurrence... the smoke from Canada I mean

ha! Well that is sweet but I think you give her too much credit. I think she just believes there might be a treat involved if she is nice

nice one man. Thanks!

For once I am happy that David won

I left it alone for the most part during this visit but if he starts to see my town as a "party escape" then I will not stand in the way of that. I'll just tell him that I am not going to participate

It is quite likely that I will not see him again unless he had too much of a good time here and now wants to come back, which I would welcome but with conditions of me not being a part of his shenanigans.

i was late to change. I was still partying like mad well into my 30's and even early 40's. Hell, the fact that I plan on a party once a week at my bowling outings already has me outpacing a lot of people

I love seeing this pictures because it just kind of shows how much technology has changed over the past 40 years. I watched a part of a baseball game from 1988 yesterday and wow, broadcasts have changed

Ouch bro. That is much higher than I would have guessed. I missed out on the owning a home thing once I decided to live abroad but sometimes I feel like I dodged a bullet with this happy little accident.

oh wow. How did I miss that post? Thanks. I have met that dog before.

It's good that dogs beyond a certain age actually kind of listen to whatever secret dog language is going on there. Many dogs get too close to Nadi and she gets a bit aggressive towards them and they jog

lol, yeah that is a good analogy. There was this one dog that Nadi knew that wasn't much for silliness either, he never wanted to play and while I wouldn't say they were friends, they tolerated one another

Burrito is an awesome name for a dog. I love it!

it's a common term used around here because it is sadly, not so uncommon. People know the roads are dangerous but don't take precautions. I think it is a cultural thing where westerners perhaps humanize

Very cute. I do like cats but I have never had one as a pet.
