I once tried to shoot stress, it kept moving. It does that though right? It ebbs and flows with life's changes and happenings. I don't try and shoot it these days, just work with it as doing so, not fighting it but understanding how to mitigate it, tends to bring me better results.
The finger should be placed on the trigger only when the weapon is aimed at the target.
By the way, I actually disagree with this...The finger should only be placed on the trigger when one want's to make the shot. 😊
