This is a 20% increase in it’s first dividend.

“TORONTO – (November 6, 2019) – Goldmoney Inc. (TSX:XAU) (US:XAUMF) (“Goldmoney” or the “Company”), a precious metal financial service and technology company, is pleased to announce that its second quarterly dividend payment of C$0.003805 per common share is payable on December 12, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 28, 2019. The payment is the second quarterly dividend payment and represents an increase of approximately 19% on the aggregate amount of the first quarterly dividend paid to shareholders of the Company. The Company’s second quarterly dividend qualifies as an “eligible dividend” for Canadian income tax purposes.
The declaration and payment of dividends are at the discretion of the Board and will depend on the Company’s dividend policy, financial results, cash requirements, prospects and other factors deemed relevant by the Board.“
The dividend isn’t huge but this is a sign of great financial strength consistent with a sound money valued company. Goldmoney has a rock solid balance sheet, with 0 debt and $130 million in tangible equity.
