For quite some time now, my body has been giving me little, little signs of complaints. Small headaches, no fixed time to sleep, pains, and fatigue, but I keep doing like Iron Man and keep going like I don't feel it.

I used to do some morning exercises before, but recently I have been telling myself that I am too busy with a workload filled with deadlines, and even though I have been trying to keep my tabs together but still, doing some exercises still feels like something that I have been waiting for everything to become soft before I start. But to be honest, things here hardly get soft.

I could remember some weeks ago, I tried doing some pushups after a long time away from doing it. And immediately I did 30 of them; my hands started shaking, and I felt too heavy to continue with it, and while I stood up, I was breathing so heavily. I cannot forget that day.

I eat when I can and rest when I can manage to do that, but exercising my body has become so very hard for me these days and demanding. But I have been trying my best, even if it's five thousand steps every day; that counts as something for me, but ignoring my body totally from exercise is something I can't do anymore.
