I think the 3rd one,unknown, is a peperomia or an aluminum plant. Love seeing all your house plants.

I have never cut my philodendron or pathos back, I just kept looping the long ends over it. All mine hang so I wove the ends through the hanger. Every 2 - 3 years I untangle it, cut off the long leaf less bits and let it start again.

I’m wondering if I should try your method....
