Very scary, that. My mom had that when my son was 10 months old, just 28 years ago this month. After nearly 6 months in coma, and some brain damage, she's still kicking at 86. Sounds like your son is doing as well as can be expected, at least he's talking. :)) Sending good wishes for him and your family...
