I was on one of the early adopters of Google+. I had really liked the idea of Google+ and what it was trying to be and how it was different from others social networking sites. Everything seemed to be going well for Google+ except for the fact that it didn't take off and dies a slow death like its predecessor Google Buzz.

I see a lot of similarities between Google+ and Steemit. I hope Steemit learns from the past mistakes of Google+ and achieve its true potential.
