· In DRC, one person in four – 27 million people in total – doesn’t know where their next meal will come from.
· Conflict in the region has forced millions to flee in fear of their lives – having seen their homes and livelihoods destroyed.
· COVID-19 has struck a further blow to the country’s struggling economy, deepening poverty.
· Some families are selling their belongings to buy food, but many miss meals and go to bed hungry.
