I love road photography, or taking photos while driving. That's why I always have a camera with me in my van. I mostly drive alone and take photos that way, but it's driving on local roads where I can adjust my driving so that I don't endanger myself or others. But when I go on a trip a little further, like this one, which was a highway the whole way, I have a driver. Then he drives and I take photos. And yes, I love tunnels!

Driving through a tunnel always carries that quiet tension, as if you're momentarily transported to another time. The lights on the ceiling alternate in a regular rhythm, creating the feeling that the road is gliding faster than it really is
