This is not what I meant. Do you have anyone with real experience in marketing from a business perspective on your team? If so, please let them look at my previous comment.
Your key deliverables are output metrics. There isn't a single outcome metric.
Buying outputs is a rookie mistake. Hive should not be making such mistakes. We need outcomes. Not likes or followers on other social media. Not videos, posters, banners or whatever. That's what shabby marketing agencies offer.
What you're offering is a certain amount of content. Making more content at the same price will not make the proposal any more appealing. We are a company. We need customers. High-spending and long-term ones.
You ask for $10,000. If you get a single client and we sell them a jetliner, it's a great deal. If we sell them an ice cream, it's a terrible deal.
Unless you're targeting corporate investors or businesses looking for a blockchain to back their billion-dollar app, consider Hive an ice cream store around the corner of your birthplace. How many customers do you as a marketing company need to bring to that ice cream place so that it's worth for them to pay you ten thousand?
Imagine the owner of the place knows at least a bit about marketing. They have a look at your offer and say: "Oh my, these are some amazing visuals! I really love the video with the kittens! But seriously, guys, what's in it for me? I am selling ice cream, not begging for likes online?"
What would you tell the good old ice cream guy?
In a nutshell, what the proposal completely lacks in order to look at least considerable:
What are the expected outcomes and why. Who is the targeted demographic and what is their expected behavior (retention rate; lifespan; do you expect them to invest in Hive, build their stakes slowly, or dump their earnings on a weekly basis; do they speak English or need translators; ...). How many users can you onboard and how.
A professional marketing company backs these numbers and assumptions with real data. Besides, you'd get a detailed analysis of risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, externalities and so.
BTW do you guys read in English or did you translate this to Spanish?
