If you have an account with Bitconnect it might not be a good idea to tell anyone about it. Hackers are now targeting Bitconnect accounts. The "word on the street" is that Trevon James has been hacked for almost a million dollars. It may be time to investigate using a hardware wallet and if Bitconnect is to keep it's users safe it will need an account recovery process. This is why Know Your Customer is actually useful and a good thing.
