"Insect Soap" , I couldn't resist buying it.
The stag beetle inside is not real. When soap is used and it melts, the stag beetle can be taken out...!

Tonight my husband had a year-end party, so I decided to eat out too. I took my boys to Saizeriya. Shrimp cream gratin, sausage pizza, peperoncino, chorizo, and all you can drink, the total was about 2,000 yen (about $15). It was very reasonable and I was so happy.
On the way home, we stopped by a general store with a sign that said "Half Price Specialty Store". It was interesting to see a variety of foods and daily necessities for sale. I'm a little unsure if they were really cheap enough to be called half-price, though. There were snacks and seasonings, but on the next shelf were muscle training goods and PCR test kits for COVID-19 ! I bought body soap, dental floss, milk cocoa powder, seaweed tsukudani, and candy for my kids.
I was intrigued and ended up buying the "insect soap" in the photo. When I got home and opened it, I found a golden soap with a plastic stag beetle embedded in it. It had a strong scent of apples, the scent I had smelled somewhere in the past.
Somehow I feel that this soap will bring a lot of money...

今夜は父ちゃんが忘年会だったので、私もご飯づくりをサボることにしました。息子たちを連れてサイゼリヤへ。エビクリームグラタン、ソーセージピザ、ペペロンチーノ、チョリソーなどを頼み、ドリンクバーをつけて3人で2,000円くらい。安い！うれしい！
帰り道に、「半額専門店」と看板の出ている雑貨店に寄ってみました。ものによっては安いのかどうなのか、よく分からないものもたくさんありましたが、食品や日用品など色々なものが売られていて面白かったです。お菓子や調味料があるかと思えば、隣の棚には筋トレグッズやコロナ用のPCR検査キットが並んでいたり。ボディソープ、デンタルフロス、ミルクココア粉末、海苔の佃煮、子どもたち用にお菓子を買いました。
それから興味を惹かれてついつい買ってしまったのが、写真の「昆虫せっけん」。家に帰って開けてみると、プラスチック製のクワガタが埋め込まれた石鹸が入っていました。そして昔どこかで嗅いだことのある、強い人口のリンゴの香り。
なんとなく、金運の上がりそうな石鹸だなぁなんて思ってしまいました・・・笑
